Product exchange/return policy for your comfort. 90corner store offers you a product exchange/return service if the customer is not 100% satisfied with the product within 3 days from the date of receiving the product. How the exchange/return process is done: Please contact us through the Contact Us page or via email at [email protected]. Our team will review your request and issue a shipping waybill and invoice for returning/exchanging your product, valid for 3 days, and send it to the customer. The customer contacts the shipping company to set a pickup time or send it from any branch of the shipping company with the file sent to you for the shipping company. After we receive the product and review it from the quality department, we will contact the customer to exchange/return the product. Rules and conditions for exchange: - The product must be exchanged/returned within 3 days from the date you received the order, provided the box has not been opened. - The product must be in good condition, unused, and have all commercial labels. - The exchange must be of the same product category. - The product to be exchanged/returned must not be part of a promotional offer. - The customer bears the shipping costs if the reason for the return or exchange is personal (such as changing mind or not wanting the product).
